Evelien Wallace is Senior Energy Innovation Manager at Ara Ake, where she leads the Sustainable Molecules portfolio. She brings 15 years of experience in technical and transition roles within Aotearoa’s petroleum sector, alongside a Master of Science in Earth Science researching climate change.
Her work focuses on how innovation can help New Zealand’s energy system transition. She supports new technologies through the “innovation valley of death,” helping innovations reach commercialisation while championing practical pathways for a secure, affordable and sustainable energy future.
