Anthony’s directorship roles vary across both industry and scale from large scale port infrastructure, industry representative bodies (Australian Logistics Council) to large scale national, multinational transport and port operations.
Anthony has operated in a large industrial business for over 25 years. This includes heavy rail freight operations, port infrastructure and quayside port operations, forestry harvesting, road transport, steel manufacturing, bulk commodities including iron ore, oil and gas, fertiliser, and woodchip. He has also been the Chairman of Australia’s largest automotive import and predelivery logistics provider.
Anthony’s executive career has culminated in him being a CEO for the past six years. Prior to this he held senior executive roles across the numerous industries listed above. His two CEO roles have been across two diverse portfolio businesses, with employee bases of over 3600 and 2600 respectively.
Anthony is currently CEO of H. W. Richardson Group. HWR operate a large petroleum sales and distribution business selling over 1 billion litres per annum across three brands in two countries, among numerous other businesses.
HWR is currently building a hydrogen refuelling site in New Zealand with further planned, and converting their trucks to dual fuel (diesel and hydrogen).
